Please test abundantly and report any problem you may have found :)
Good job, guys. I will install the new version ASAP. :)
ReplyDeleteBTW, viewing addons does not work, it says "The requested addon does not exist." (http://stkaddons.net/addons-panel.php?type=karts)
Lelkoun, thanks for the nice words. Can you clarify where you clicked to get this error message?
ReplyDelete@Lelkoun: Where did that link come from? The addon browser would be addons.php?type=karts.
ReplyDeleteOn my Windows XP (service pack 3) computer, running this, I need to view the karts by moving my mouse off the button which selected that kart. Otherwise I get this white square over where the kart should be. It does not happen with keyboard selecting of karts, so it's mostly anoyance, but still... it's a bug.
ReplyDeleteFurther computer information is, copied exactly,
Intel(R)
Pentium(R) 4 CPU 3.00GHz
2.99 GHz, 2.99 GB of RAM.
It isn't a very good computer(Last version Shiny Suburbs was OUTRAGEOUSly jerky, for instance. Unplayably jerky), so that might be the cause of it.
@Auria, @Stephen: I just realised that browsing addons and tracks does not work without enabled JavaScript. So it is probably only my fault. :)
ReplyDeleteGreat work! I can't wait for the stable version to be released. Keep it up!:)
ReplyDeleteI'm the first Anonymous.
ReplyDeleteI forgot to mention that I had only tried this on a 16:9 resolution. Now I have also tried a 3:4 resolution and it still is whited out.
In general I would appreciate if you could please post your problems on the forum and/or mailing list and/or bug tracker and not on the blog; having them divided in topics, with proper usernames instead of many "Anonymous", makes problems much easier to troubleshoot
ReplyDeletethanks
It was working fine for me, until I adjusted the resolution. Now it says cannot "display this video mode" on my monitor, and when I try to change the resolution back it just crashes. =[ This is whack.
